Institutions Partnership

CNIPAL is support by the French Ministry of Culture and Communication (DRAC PACA), the Marseilles' City Council, the PACA Region and the Bouches-du-Rhône Department.

State Support is in keeping with the young opera singer training from Conservatory initial training to the CNSM (National High Music Conservatory) in order to finish by the professional integration with the CNIPAL.

The Marseilles' City Council is the second CNIPAL's support partner. In addition, the Marseilles' City Council provides the CNIPAL's building and develop a partnership with the Marseilles' Opera House in organization of the the "Heure du Thé" monthly-Recitals.

The CNIPAL is also support by the Bouches-du-Rhône Department for its support to cultural institutions.
